What we do
- Second opinion on an inspection report: separate what is urgent from what is normal, and know what to negotiate.
- Renovation quote analysis: compare inclusions, exclusions and risks of extras.
- Renovation scope-of-work document: frame the work before asking for prices.
How we work
Independence. We have no ties to contractors and recommend none. Our role is to give you the tools to decide for yourself, on a solid technical basis.
Professional rigour. Deliverables are prepared and signed by a civil engineer who is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
Clarity. A structured PDF in plain language, with priorities and next steps. A follow-up exchange is included to answer your questions.
Remote, in English or French. You send your documents, you receive your analysis. No travel.
What we don't do
We do not redo the on-site inspection, we do not provide a final price for the work, and we do not supervise construction. Our services help you decide beforehand.
